All Revision Guides have a new professional layout featuring wider line-spacing and left-hand margin for annotation, plus a colour cover.

Units 1, 2, 3 and 6 have Exam Tips at the end of every chapter which include an analysis of the last nine exam papers from June 2003 - June 2007.

Units 4 and 5 offer general advice on problem-solving and the part (c) analysis exam questions.

Unit 1

Additional detail on EU institutions and law; more detailed advantages and disadvantages of delegated legislation; additions to statutory interpretation; and more detailed advantages and disadvantages of judicial precedent.

Unit 2
